Cardiff Council and Jambusters Limited are obliged to point out that it is the responsibility of each car sharer to take all reasonable safety and security precautions whilst participating in the Car Share scheme.

You must be fully insured and it is advisable to inform your insurance company that you are registered in the Car Share scheme. This should not incur additional costs. Most insurance policies cover you to carry passengers on your journey to work, as long as you don't charge your passengers more than the running costs of the vehicle.

Our liability to you

The information contained in this website is not comprehensive and despite every effort, it may not be accurate, up to date or applicable to the circumstances of any particular case. We cannot accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions (other than for fraudulent misrepresentation) in this website and any decisions you make based on information contained in this website are your sole responsibility.
